Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in software development, including system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience building microservices and event-driven architectures.
Experience with modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of both relational (RDBMS) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large-scale production environments.
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Practical experience with cloud-native development; AWS preferred.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, MSK, SNS, API Gateway, Step Functions, and storage solutions.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using tools like Cucumber.
Exposure to micro frontend architecture and scalable UI development.
Proven ability to design and build highly scalable, resilient, low-latency, and self-monitoring applications.
