Job Specifications

Primary contact for daily audits of expense reports, ensuring adherence to the client Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy, including identification of issues and possible policy changes/improvements
(Skill: Customer Service, Auditing).
Manage daily and weekly reporting which includes processing of new hires, terminations, and reconciliations, and follow up (Skill: Excel and Organized).
Manage and respond to daily inquiries - manages daily tickets with questions and requests (Skill: Customer Service, context switching).
Projects - team member on department projects as needed.
Responsible for the day-to-day travel and expense functions for the enterprise, including customer service (ServiceNow), daily expense report audits (Concur and AppZen), daily payment processing, reconciling, trending, analysis, and reporting.
Review requests for exceptions to standards and administrative operational procedures and decides appropriate action.
Handles daily problem resolution, trending, and process improvements.
Consults with appropriate resources to determine and evaluate situations to identify action required and makes recommendations.
