Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services company, is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to join their team. As a SailPoint Developer, you will be part of the Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering department supporting the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Type: W2 long term contract

What's the Job?
Design, develop, and test data pipelines for IAM software solutions using Java and Spring Boot
Build scalable and secure ETL processes supporting IAM goals
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers in an Agile development environment
Participate in CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions and Harness
Provide technical mentorship and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What's Needed?
4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch expertise
Proficiency in ETL concepts and tools, including Spring Cloud Data Flow
Solid SQL and relational database experience (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL)
Familiarity with batch scheduling tools and scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
