Job Specifications

Automation Developer (2 Positions) - Boston or Richmond (Dallas as last resort)

Interview Process: 2 rounds: panel interviews focusing on experience and problem-solving

Top Must-Haves:

Strong development skills in Ansible, Python, and JavaScript
Experience with ServiceNow Catalog, APIs, and scripting (at least 1 developer)
Proficiency with Git version control
CI/CD platform testing experience

Location:

100% remote to start
Must be local to Boston or Richmond for onsite (4 days/week) when needed
Dallas is considered only for exceptional candidates
No other office locations accepted

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or 9+ years relevant experience
8+ years of automation experience with Python, Ansible, JavaScript
ServiceNow Catalog knowledge and API integration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation workflows and playbooks
Automate ServiceNow intake processes and other workflows
Write reusable scripts and roles using Ansible and Python
Integrate workflows via REST APIs/webhooks
Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions.
