Sales Enablement: Create and deliver best-in-class sales enablement materials to support both new business and account management sales teams.
Data Analysis: Use multiple data sources to identify market opportunities and inform business decisions, including market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM) and business case development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product management, marketing, and sales teams to deliver on key projects and priorities.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a product marketing role, supporting product strategy, and leading cross-functional execution and GTM initiatives.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A true obsession with understanding customer needs, behaviours, and attitudes to ensure our features and innovations resonate with our target audience.
Strategic Acumen: Experienced in building customer profiles, value propositions, messaging hierarchies, and identifying compelling proof points.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a familiarity with market sizing concepts (TAM, SAM, SOM) and the ability to triangulate data to form recommendations.
Sales Enablement Success: Proven track record in leading and building effective sales enablement initiatives and materials.
Problem Solving: Proven success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating product growth.
Strong Communicator: Excellent influencing, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with a wide range of business functions.
