Our reach spans Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Southeast Asia, and we partner with both high-growth startups and established leaders across online payments, e-commerce, electronic money, alternative finance, and beyond.

We're now hiring a Business Development Executive to help grow our client base. This is a sales-only position. You won't be sourcing candidates, your focus will be on building relationships with fintech and payments companies and driving new business across global markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Researching and targeting companies in the payments space across EMEA, LATAM, NA, and Southeast Asia
Generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach
Booking and leading discovery calls with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
Pitching our recruitment offering and guiding prospects through to signed terms
Collaborating with our delivery team to hand over new clients and ensure smooth onboarding
Contributing to outbound campaigns, market maps, and broader growth strategy

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruitment or a related professional services environment
Knowledge of or strong interest in fintech and digital payments
Clear and confident communicator with experience selling to senior stakeholders
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and hit commercial targets
Organised, resourceful, and comfortable navigating global markets and time zones
