We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and organisational transformation — and we’re looking for a VP of Sales, Enterprise to lead our commercial function across the UK and EMEA.
Our platform sits at the intersection of compliance automation, risk management, and financial regulation, empowering financial institutions to operate with clarity, transparency, and control.
This is a confidential leadership search tied to a planned internal restructure. We’re seeking an inclusive, people-centred commercial leader — someone who can guide teams through change with empathy, clarity, and commercial excellence.
As our VP of Sales, you will define our enterprise revenue strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and the wider Leadership team. You’ll play a key role in shaping a culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work.
What the Job Involves
Lead enterprise revenue strategy across the UK and EMEA, aligned with long-term growth goals
Support, coach, and develop AEs, BDRs, and CS teams in an inclusive, collaborative environment
Build scalable, accessible sales processes and GTM frameworks for complex Fintech/FS clients
Drive strategic, multi-stakeholder negotiations through a relationship-driven, consultative approach
Collaborate with founders on pricing, product-market fit, competitive positioning, and market expansion
Maintain forecasting accuracy and implement strong pipeline governance
Foster a psychologically safe, open culture where diverse perspectives are encouraged and valued
Additional Description
10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within Fintech, RegTech, or Financial Services
Experience with compliance, risk, or regulatory technology platforms
Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams with empathy, structure, and operational clarity
Excellent communication skills and a track record of inclusive collaboration
Comfortable navigating organisational change with transparency and integrity
Ability to manage confidential information and support sensitive strategic initiatives
