Our client has recently raised fresh funding from top-tier European investors and is led by a commercially sharp founding team with deep fintech and product expertise.

They’re now building their next success story and looking for an ambitious, high-energy Account Executive to join their lean, data-driven GTM team in London.

What They’re Building

A next-generation payments orchestration platform helping finance teams automate, control, and optimise how money moves across accounts and markets.

Location

Central London
In-office 4–5 days/week (collaborative early-stage environment)

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close
Develop closing strategies across your territory and build repeatable playbooks
Run consultative discovery to uncover finance teams’ challenges and pain points
Deliver tailored demos and value narratives that land with C-level executives
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline health in HubSpot
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design & engineering to channel customer insight

Must-Haves

2+ years quota-carrying full-cycle sales experience (B2B SaaS or fintech preferred)
Proven success selling to mid-market businesses
Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing ability
Excellent English communication and executive-level presence
Analytical, consultative sales style, you lead with insight, not scripts
Startup-ready: adaptable, self-motivated, thrives in change

Nice-to-Haves

Fluency in German, French, or Spanish
Experience in financial services or payment solutions

Compensation

Base: £60
OTE: Up to £120K
