Location: London City (4 days office)

Salary: PS50,000 basic with 100k OTE - Uncapped commission

The company

My client is a leading leading recruitment and Tech platform for fast growing VC/PE backed and enterprise clients. They are an established business with a netork of offices across the UK and US. They have built up an enviable client base over the last 15 years.

Alongside recruitment, executive search and embedded recruitment solutions they have developed a tech platform to support companiees going through hyper growth. They provide HR outsourcing services alongside advisory services and a full suite of services delivered through partners for companies expanding internationally.

They have had significant success helping European Start-ups set up and build a presence in the US.

We're now looking for a strong Business Development Executive and Solutions Sales executive to lead on business devlopment for their full suite of services. You'll be joining a world-class team working collaboratively with various individuals in the team. You will have significant opportunity to carve out your approach to generating clients across key target markets. In this role you will engage with PE/VC investors and their Portfolio companies as well as targeting innovative growing companies.

The Role

You'll focus purely on new business acquisition winning clients in the UK and Europe, with the freedom to define and execute your own GTM strategy.

Meet and engage startup founders and VCs, primarily in SaaS/tech
Attend industry events, dinners, conferences, roundtables
Win contingent, exclusive and retained mandates; take ownership of negotiation and terms
Pitch, win and educate target audience on advisory support and outsourcing services related to global expansion in US markets
Build and grow client accounts, earning commission from all ARR from clients win and onboard
Work closely with top-class consultants to build service offering and deliver on mandates
significant opportuntiy for progression including segmenting market and building team

What We're After

Open to different backgrounds but will ideally have experience workimg with PE or VC funds and their portfolio companies
2-7+ years' recruitment experience / Executive Searh / Executive Network
(SaaS/tech highly desirable), with demonstrated record of business development
Strong UK SaaS or tech client network OR confidence you can build one--show us your wins!
Relentless, results-focused; expects accountability and full autonomy; not looking to be micromanaged
Comfortable selling up the "food chain"to founders, boards and VCs
Can clearly articulate (and execute) a revenue plan: targets, pipeline, metrics
Wants flexibility but delivers at the very highest level

150k OTE is based on assuming 60k basic and 600k being delivered on from accounts won
