About The Team
Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of making secondhand first choice while enabling entrepreneurs on both sides of the marketplace. Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, etc.
About The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive to drive our next wave of growth by building and closing a pipeline of vintage retailers for our marketplace.
This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll be responsible for generating your own leads, booking meetings, and closing deals - while shaping the future of how thousands of vintage stores buy stock. You'll be working with our growth, product, and supply teams to create tailored sourcing experiences that convert curious retailers into loyal Fleek buyers.

What you'll do
Identify, reach out to, and qualify new vintage retailers / resellers
Manage your sales pipeline from outreach to close
Book and run discovery + demo calls to understand buyer needs and convert them into customers
Visit stores, speak to buyers, and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our pitch, materials, and playbooks
Feed insights back into product, marketing, and supply to help improve the platform
Track performance and learn fast - we iterate weekly and act fast
Requirements
As a key member of an early stage startup in hyper growth you must be willing and able to wear multiple hats. The key requirements for this role are:
Proven experience, at least 2 years, in a sales role (either as an SDR / AE), ideally at an early stage start up
Interest in the fashion / second hand fashion industry a bonus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
Comfortable with cold calls, cold outreaches, and visiting prospects in person
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to driving sales and over-achieving targets
Speaking Spanish or German is a plus
