Our client is looking for a new Process Analyst to join their organization! This is a hybrid, 12-month contract position (Tues-Thurs onsite at the Denver Tech Center).

CONTRACT - 12 months with possible extension
Hybrid in DTC - must be already based in Denver
Pay Rate - $37-40/hr on a W2 contract basis
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
No third parties

YOUR Why

We're looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Process Analyst to turn data into action. In this role, you'll evaluate and refine key business processes, uncover performance opportunities, and design strategies that drive measurable impact. You'll gather and analyze data, maintain insights for financial planning, and apply your expertise in strategic thinking, systems analysis, and decision-making to elevate business performance.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate the quality of final analysis.

What YOU Bring

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Technically proficient in Lean/Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, and Financial Analysis tools
Understanding of technologies, conceptual frameworks, and current technical/IT trends to facilitate effective communication, decision-making, and innovation.
Knowledge of data and database structures.
Proficiency in AI Assistant tools such as CoPilot.
Prior experience working in a regulated industry; banking and/or finance is a plus.
