Robert Half is partnering with an organisation that specialises in helping individuals locate their lost pensions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join the team on a fully remote basis.

Junior Operations Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: PS26,000-PS27,000 + Performance Bonus

A growing startup is seeking an Operations Analyst to support their mission of helping individuals locate and consolidate lost pension pots. This role is key to delivering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full pension-finding process for customers
Communicate updates and outcomes clearly and regularly
Conduct research and outreach to employers and pension providers
Accurately document pension information
Provide feedback to improve internal processes

Ideal Candidate:

Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication, research, and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to take on varied tasks across the team
Detail-oriented and customer-focused

Nice to Have:

Experience in customer service or administrative roles
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
Background in pensions or financial services
