About the Role

As an Integrations Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the go-to person helping merchants connect their systems and successfully get started. You'll also improve and automate onboarding processes, test new tools, and collaborate with different teams to make things run more efficiently.

What You'll Do

Guide merchants through their onboarding process and make it a positive experience.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide long-term solutions.
Test and provide feedback on new tools, processes, and integrations.
Build technical knowledge across different platforms and systems.
Suggest process improvements and join projects that improve operations.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of POS systems and system integrations.
2+ years of experience with tools like AI platforms, SQL, Google Sheets analytics, MODE, and Salesforce reporting.
Experience creating automation and improving processes.
Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Excellent time management, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
