What You'll Be Doing:
Providing cover for sickness, holidays, and resource-on-demand requests.
Supporting desktop and laptop hardware/software in Windows 10/11 environments (HP, Dell, Lenovo).
Assisting with Mac OS devices (MacBooks and desktops).
Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
Handling mobile devices (Apple, Android, and others).
Navigating operating systems to recreate shortcuts and optimize user experience.
Performing Workstation setups, moves, and changes.
Delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You must already hold active SC clearance.
