Salary: EUR60,000 - EUR85,000

Job type: Permanent

Hybrid: 2 days per week

My client is looking for a technically skilled Business Analyst/Service Delivery to join on a permanent basis. As a Technical Business Analyst you will serve as the link between business needs and IT solutions for key System Development applications. You will lead requirement gathering, testing coordination, system performance monitoring, and vendor collaboration to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of our digital tools.

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work to support a good work-life balance. Occasional travels may be required.

Your responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from internal teams and external teams for existing and new tools
Define and document functional and non-functional specifications, including business impact and technical dependencies
Ensure interoperability of systems by mapping integration points and aligning with enterprise architecture
Oversee security, performance, and operability standards in collaboration with the team
Coordinate the release and change management process, including planning, version control, and stakeholder communication
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and ensure defect resolution
Monitor system KPIs (uptime, response time, etc.) and plan for capacity improvements
Identify IT risks and maintain mitigation plans in the risk register
Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors
Prepare technical content for RFPs and manage vendor SLAs and performance deliverables

Required skills and abilities:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in IT coordination, system analysis or application management
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, managing releases, and overseeing vendor deliverables
Analytical thinking to manage complexity and solve problems
Collaborative approach and ability to foster strong partnerships
Strong planning and alignment with organisational priorities
Clear and tailored communication for diverse audiences
Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
