IT business analyst with Ultimo expertise

We need an IT business analyst with Ultimo expertise, located in Belgium to support IT&D in setting up best practices & standards on Ultimo implementations.

Ultimo has been implemented since 2020 without proper IT&D involvement and we need expertise to fix the current issues. Overall Service/Project Description: Business Analyst for Ultimo Description of Deliverables:- Clarify, analyse and document the business requirements of internal stakeholders and make sure solutions proposed are in line with IT&D requirements and policies - Understand end to end business and system process flows - Motivation and pro-active attitude - Facilitate discussion between various stakeholder to obtain clarification and agreement on business requirement - Collaborate with functional analyst internal and external (Ultimo) to build user stories and support system configuration - Actively engage with the application teams, COE, Ultimo - Ability to give business and technical presentation Core Competency Skill Sets Required for

Vendor Delivery: Excellent analytical skills, data mapping, business process mapping, root cause analysis - strong communication skills - Fluent in English - Team Player and problem solving ability - Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, awareness of Service Now is a plus - Working experience in Agile or DevOps environment Good knowledge of Ultimo as a BA/configurator
