About The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our small but growing Product team, where you will be part of System1’s transformation from a research consultancy to a global provider of technology-based data & insights.


What will you be doing?
Your role will grow and change over time, and you will have input into these changes. Current responsibilities include:

Product Manager for our Test Your Innovation suite of products, which where System1’s original product foundation.
Develop a deep understanding of this product suite and become the fountain of product knowledge for the business.
Deliver on the product strategy and vision, in alignment with System1’s goals, working close with the Chief Product Officer and Innovation MD.
Identify customer needs, spot market trends and understand the competitor landscape, drawing insights to inform product development.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to understand pain points and ensure the product continues to meet their changing needs & exceed their expectations.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, with clear prioritisation, understanding how this works against our other core products in Advertising and Brand.
Fully understand and write up the business requirements, with context, and effectively communicate these to IT & UX colleagues.
Manage new launches, liaising with Head of Training on materials, and with Head of Marketing on sales collateral and campaign activities.
Support problem resolution, resolve issues and quickly acting on feedback.

You need to have the following experience:
Strong Product Management background, comfortable bringing your experience into a new but growing team.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
Worked closely with our customers, engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to bring successful products to market.
Good technical understanding (but no need to be able to code).
Experience working client side in innovation research, or with an innovation background is preferable.
Expert in the core Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with product management & design tools an advantage (e.g. JIRA, DevOps, Adobe XD, Figma).
Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate and co-ordinate alignment amount multiple teams for smooth execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
