Scope of Work - The Tech Hardware Depot Technician will support the IT department by managing the lifecycle of end-user hardware. This includes imaging and configuring PCs, coordinating hardware shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes. The technician will work closely with IT Support, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology assets.

Key Deliverables - Imaged and configured devices, hardware shipments, inventory updates, depot organization, lifecycle management support, compliance & audit readiness, end-user satisfaction.
