What You'll Be Doing

Responding to tech issues and resolving tickets (phone, email, chat)
Helping users troubleshoot computer, application, and connectivity problems
Keeping accurate documentation and contributing to support resources
Monitoring systems and stepping in before issues escalate

What You Need to Succeed

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or similar
(or equivalent internship / hands-on experience)
1-2 years of support experience (internships count!)
Strong communication, curiosity, and a passion for technology
