Job Specifications

You must have experience currently or recently in a support role within a law firm to be applicable.

My client are looking for a short-term contractor to join on a 3 month initial basis to provide support in a busy 250 user law firm.

You will need to be able to provide mid-senior level (2nd Line) support to users and be able to confidently engage with users directly deskside.

Experience supporting technologies such as Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, iManage, Aderant and Intapp.

You will also need experience deploying laptops/mobiles for new starters.

This role requires someone onsite in London 5 days weekly. This role sits Inside IR35 and will initially be for 3 months.
