Job Specifications

Length: 6 months +

Hours: standard

Location: Manhattan

Remote: 3 days on-site; 2 days remote

Interview/start: 3 rounds

Position: Sr Project Manager:

Some projects:

*Implement PPM Solution - Monday.com (others include clarity, Microsoft Project Online)

*Security Projects: Implementing password access protocols and strengthening cybersecurity measures

*ServiceNow: Rolling out ServiceNow for IT service management, incident tracking, and workflow automation

*Azure Cloud Migration: Migrating data and workloads to Azure

*On-going HCM projects with Workday

Must haves:

* 5+ Years of PM experience (program management would be great - forecasting budgets)

*Experience with SITE buildouts

* Solid Infrastructure Background

* Experience leading and running meetings with Senior Stakeholders, executives

* Experience working with C-suite & business stakeholder

* Ability to drive process and impact change - navigate competing project agendas and priorities; insert yourself into roadblocks and help remediate slowdowns.

* Experience with transformation initiatives - ability to drive strategically

* Exposure to challenging projects

* Comfortable working in situations where the goals, responsibilities, or requirements are fluid and changing; need to wear multiple hats

* Waterfall & Agile (Agile knowledge is ideal, but not required)

Highly Preferred

* Investment Banking Experience

Nice to haves:

* Commercial Banking, Insurance, Reinsurance etc

* Office configurations
