Discover are working with a hypergrowth Precision Health Platform company.

They have a vision to help people manage their health and the way healthcare is delivered!

Due to organic growth they're recruiting for a Head of Product (AI). The role is Full-Time (Remote)

Compensation: $200k-$250k base + Bonus!

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of Product Management experience in building and launching AI/ML-based products.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align customer use cases with technological solutions and envision end-to-end experiences.
Experience in managing strategic relationships with third-party vendors.
Proficiency in AI/ML development workflows and frameworks

Responsibilities

Lead the development of pioneering AI-led solutions
Collaborate with partner teams to align on vision, strategy, and execution plans for AI initiatives.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of AI features, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Facilitate the integration of AI capabilities into internal teams' development processes, ensuring alignment with program objectives and user experience consistency.
Test and experiment with cutting-edge technologies and models, including open-source and commercial offerings, while managing relationships with key AI vendors.
