Are you ready to apply your AI/ML expertise to accelerate scientific discovery and impact the future of healthcare? We’re looking for a seasoned AI/ML leader to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions that transform how life sciences organizations harness data.

In this role, you’ll partner with executives, scientists, and cross-functional teams to build AI products that drive real-world outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects—ranging from reinforcement learning with large continuous datasets, NLP tools for document/report ingestion, to cutting-edge protein design and optimization using diffusion models.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end design, development, training, and validation of AI/ML products.
Advise leadership on technical and commercial feasibility of AI initiatives.
Collaborate with commercial and scientific teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
Build productized applications that scale across multiple life sciences organizations.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced degree in Biological, Data, or Computer Science (Ph.D. preferred).
10+ years of AI/ML development experience, or 5+ years building AI/ML tools in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.
Portfolio showcasing ownership of AI/ML products deployed in real-world settings.
Expertise in at least one: Reinforcement Learning, NLP/LLMs, or Protein Design/Diffusion Models.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with customers onsite in the Boston area.
