Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data and requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to support the implementation of business initiatives.
Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new projects or process changes.
Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with project management and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
