Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Kofax/Imaging Developer with deep expertise in document management systems, enterprise content management, and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6, Kofax Total Agility, IBM Content Management, and OpenText/RightFax systems, along with strong development skills in .NET, Java, scripting, and database technologies.
This is a fully onsite role (Day 1 presence required) with a two-stage interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze, design, and develop enterprise-scale document management and imaging solutions.
* Implement and configure Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6, KCIC, KCNS, and Kofax Total Agility platforms.
* Design and deploy capture workflows, OCR/ICR, barcode recognition, and machine learning-based classification solutions.
* Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations with IBM EE Content Management Systems using C#, Java, and CM APIs.
* Build imaging and workflow applications using .NET (C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core, WPF, WCF, WinForms, MVC) and Java technologies.
* Work with RDBMS including MS SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL for backend development and integrations.
* Develop secure web services (REST, JSON, SOAP) and web-based UI solutions (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax).
* Configure and maintain IBM Navigator EDS services and vendor cloud application integrations.
* Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of production scanners (Fujitsu, Next Scan) and associated scanning applications.
* Perform data/document extraction automation, system migrations, capacity planning, and integration design.
* Document system design, workflows, and functional specifications for future upgrades and maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards across systems and processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and development of document management and workflow solutions.
* Proven expertise with:
o Kofax Capture 11
o Kofax Transformation Modules 6.x (KTM)
o Kofax Total Agility
o IBM EE Content Management Systems
o OpenText/RightFax systems
* Strong programming skills in:
o VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC, WinForms, WCF, WPF
o Java
o Scripting languages (VB Script, JavaScript, SBL, WinWrap Basic)
* Experience with OCR/ICR, image preprocessing, barcode recognition, and ML-based document classification.
* Hands-on expertise with RDBMS (MS SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL).
* Experience with AWS cloud solutions and integrations.
* Strong knowledge of system integrations, enterprise data/document migrations, and high-availability solutions.
