Job title: Business Analyst (BA) / VP

Location: London, UK

Duration: through 31st March 2026.

Work type: 3 days per week in office

Experience is must: Transaction Banking; Client Onboarding; Account Opening; Lean Six Sigma; Business Process re-engineering; Gap Analysis; TOM (Target Operating Model).

Purpose of the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll be instrumental in understanding and assessing the ever-evolving needs of our business. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful implementation of regulatory requirements and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and document business impacts of change, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Translate EMEA regulatory requirements into actionable business needs.
Identify gaps in the current client onboarding processes and recommend innovative solutions.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with diverse teams to gather comprehensive business and functional requirements.
Create clear and concise documentation, ensuring full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate alignment with requirements.
Present findings to senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Monitor regulatory updates and assess their implications on systems and processes.

Background:

This role is part of the Transaction Banking (TB) EMEA programme, a key strategic initiative aimed at enhancing our sales capabilities and operational efficiency. Join our Transformation and Change Management Group (TCMG), where your insights will shape the future!

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs).
Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
Expertise in project management and business analysis within financial services.
Ability to conduct workshops and engage cross-functional teams effectively.
Certified Lean Six Sigma qualification is a plus!
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
Degree-level education and professional BA qualifications desirable.
