Our client is looking to fill the role of Brand Planner. We're seeking a Brand Planner to map omni-channel customer journeys and ensure campaigns are consistent, seamless, and impactful across digital, email, CRM, experiential, content, and social channels.

Contract opportunity, long term with likely extension
Philadelphia or NYC based

Responsibilities:

Develop holistic channel plans that bring brand strategy to life across touchpoints
Map customer journeys, identifying engagement opportunities and pain points
Ensure campaign messaging is consistent yet tailored for each channel
Partner with creative, CRM, and social teams to align content with customer needs
Define KPIs, measure effectiveness across campaigns, and provide actionable insights
Stay current on cultural and category trends to inform planning

Required Qualifications:

4-7+ years in communications planning, brand planning, or integrated media strategy
Strong background in omni-channel campaigns (digital, CRM/email, social, experiential)
Ability to balance big-picture strategy with tactical channel planning
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into recommendations
Collaborative, organized, and excited to connect creative ideas with execution
