Remote Salesforce Developer Job:
Contract Pay Rate: $75-86.00 per hour based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Contract Duration: ASAP - 12/31/2025
AKKODIS is seeking a Salesforce Developer that can convert Workflow Rules and Process Builders into Flows as well as upgrading API's. The ideal candidate will have strong overall Salesforce administration, development, and support experience. There will be a heavy emphasis on data modeling, system integration, and REST/SOAP API's.
Desired Experience and Skills of the Remote Salesforce Developer Job:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 5-years' experience in database and systems analysis
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator. Advanced Admin preferred
Experience in all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Org-Wide Defaults and sharing rules.
Knowledge of how to implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
Proven ability to conduct effective user trainings and presentations.
Relational database experience, including queries, reporting, and administration.
Experience with software implementation, troubleshooting new software and data conversion issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, discussing ideas with, and explaining technical concepts to, non-technical people
