Job Description
This role will be based in Omaha, Chicago, or NYC.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Customer Training Manager is responsible for the delivery of Instructor-Led Training for our LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers. The trainer will drive customer success at scale by providing customers live and on-demand product, industry and skill-based training to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions. This person will sit on the Global Customer Training Team and report directly to the Manager of Customer Training based in EMEAL.
Responsibilities
Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies.
Facilitate instructor led classroom and virtual online training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.
Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent processes, programs and customer experience globally.
Partner with internal subject matter experts (CSMs, Customer Learning & Scaled Solutions team members, Product, etc.) to develop a deep understating of LinkedIn products and customers.
Update training materials as directed.
Review feedback and identify opportunities for improvement on an ongoing basis.
Recommend changes to training materials and facilitation design.
Manage & moderate the Customer Talent Community.
Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance).
Prepare training reports (e.g., weekly progress reports and training summaries).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
1+ year in a Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment.
Experience delivering ILT / VILT learning programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
Passion for training and educating people
Strong presentation and communication skills
Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training as well as internal curriculum development and execution.
Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings.
Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and LMS platforms such as Skilljar

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $74,000 to $119,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
