Job Specifications

The Coordinator, Customer Management, manages internal and external operational queries with a special focus on the Top 15 AGI customers. The Coordinator supports the channel and accounts' leads in meeting partners targets in terms of on-time performance, accuracy of reporting and visibility of orderbook.

Additionally supports the Senior Project Manager in the successful roll-out of Market Week activities.

We are looking for motivated, curious & organized associates to join this new team, with strong communication skills, to effectively communicate internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Top 15 partners serviced out of Yantian / Direct routing orderbook issues and assess when to escalate to upper management
Pro-actively raise issues regarding reporting, highlight exceptions and propose viable solutions
Manage customer operational queries with a special focus on Top 15 partners, liaising with 3PL, Supply chain, territory teams and demand management via the AGI Operations inbox.
On an ongoing basis, collaborate on updates and enhancements of AGI reporting, tools to provide clarity to the business stakeholders (internal and external)
Supports all activities pertaining to the organization of Market Week under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
Key contributor to processes and policies

Qualifications

Positivity, curiosity and adaptability are essential
Effective communication skills essential
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Commerce or Management
Microsoft Office literate with excellent command of Excel
Highly organized and efficient with a strong business acumen
Strong team player with the proven ability to prioritize, organize, manage time and multi-task
Willing to support team members as required
Previous customer service experience in a wholesale environment preferred
SAP experience preferred
French and Spanish are an asset

Le/la coordinateur(trice) de la gestion client est responsable du traitement des demandes operationnelles internes et externes, avec un accent particulier sur les 15 principaux clients AGI. Il/elle soutient les responsables de canal et de comptes dans l'atteinte des objectifs des partenaires en matiere de performance a temps, de precision des rapports et de visibilite du carnet de commandes.

Il/elle soutient egalement le/la chef de projet principal(e) dans le deploiement reussi des activites de la Market Week.

Nous recherchons des collaborateurs motives, curieux et organises pour rejoindre cette nouvelle equipe, dotes de solides competences en communication afin d'interagir efficacement en interne et en externe.

Responsabilites

Resoudre les problemes lies au carnet de commandes des 15 principaux partenaires desservis depuis Yantian / en acheminement direct, et evaluer les cas necessitant une escalade a la direction.
Identifier de maniere proactive les problemes lies aux rapports, mettre en evidence les exceptions et proposer des solutions viables.
Gerer les demandes operationnelles des clients, en particulier celles des 15 principaux partenaires, en coordination avec les prestataires logistiques (3PL), la chaine d'approvisionnement, les equipes territoriales et la gestion de la demande via la boite de reception AGI Operations.
Collaborer en continu a la mise a jour et a l'amelioration des rapports AGI et des outils pour offrir une meilleure clarte aux parties prenantes internes et externes.
Soutenir toutes les activites liees a l'organisation de la Market Week sous la direction du/de la chef de projet principal(e).
Contribuer activement aux processus et politiques.

Qualifications

Positivite, curiosite et capacite d'adaptation essentielles.
Competences en communication efficaces requises.
Diplome universitaire, de preference en commerce ou en gestion.
Maitrise de Microsoft Office, avec une excellente connaissance d'Excel.
Tres bonne organisation, efficacite et sens aigu des affaires.
Esprit d'equipe, avec une capacite averee a prioriser, organiser, gerer son temps et effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement.
Volonte de soutenir les membres de l'equipe selon les besoins.
Experience prealable en service client dans un environnement de vente en gros souhaitee.
Experience avec SAP souhaitee.
La maitrise du francais et de l'espagnol est un atout.
