Job Specifications

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and optimise our client's Azure DevOps (ADO) environment. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations and improving efficiency. Please note that active SC (Security Check) clearance is an essential requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Support: Provide hands-on support for the ADO tool, including essential updates, patching, and security fixes.
Operational Management: Carry out day-to-day (BAU) activities, configure pipelines to support development, and efficiently resolve user queries and support tickets.
Training & Documentation: Create and maintain our ADO knowledge base on ServiceNow. You will also be responsible for documenting the existing environment and delivering training on key ADO concepts.
Reporting: Analyse quarterly ticket volumes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:30
8 month contract (Oct '25 - May '26)
400-425 daily rate (Inside IR35)
If you do not hold active SC Clearance, you will not be considered for this position
