We're looking for a Talent Community Manager to grow, activate, and engage our global community of job seekers. You'll be the voice of Jobgether across channels, building authentic connections with talent worldwide and experimenting with creative ways to drive engagement and adoption.

What You'll Do

Build and manage active talent communities across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Discord, and beyond
Run campaigns and conversations (posts, threads, newsletters, replies) that attract and inspire job seekers globally
Activate our existing user base through email, in-app messaging, and community engagement
Spot and nurture external communities where remote talent gathers
Test and execute growth tactics to increase visibility and adoption
Track, analyze, and iterate on what drives engagement and growth

Requirements

2+ years experience in community management, growth, or content marketing (startup / B2C SaaS a strong plus)
Fluent English (Spanish or French a plus)
Startup mindset: hands-on, creative, resourceful, and accountable
Passion for experimentation and trying new ideas (growth hacking mentality)
Strong communication skills across multiple channels (social, email, Discord, forums)
Comfortable working remote, async, and at pace
