Role Title: Consultant

Must have skills:

- Foundational |SDLC| Testing |

- Agile based testing silks with ability to develop

Minimum number of relevant years of experience: 5-8

Responsibilities:

* Quality Assessment: Undertake quality assessments on test basis documentation (e.g., Functional/Non-functional Specifications, Requirements, and User Stories) to ensure they are sufficient to support test case design.

* Test Planning: Develop test plans and specifications using a risk-based methodology to minimize change risks. Define test schedules for efficient delivery of test work packages.

* Test Case Preparation: Design, write, and prioritize test cases with traceability to the test baseline. Ensure conformance to the Test Strategy and Test Coverage guidance.

* Quality Assurance: Plan and conduct test specification assessments. Perform peer reviews of colleagues' test specifications.

* Environment & Data: Define and provision all necessary test environment and test data to support the test execution process.

* Test Execution: Efficiently execute test cases according to the defined schedule. Accurately verify test outcomes against expected results to assure solution quality.

* Defect Management: Undertake defect management processes, including reporting defects and collaborating with developers and other teams to investigate and resolve issues.

* Reporting: Prepare and deliver test reports to communicate progress and provide information on solution quality.

* Process Improvement: Identify and resolve issues and risks that impact test processes. Identify and implement potential improvements to the overall testing process to improve efficiency and align with industry best practices.
