Job Specifications

Aptivista Solutions is seeking highly experienced and Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client's dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions across the platform.

Work Arrangement:

Location: Atlanta, GA
Time zone: EST
Employment Type: W2 or C2C
Hourly Rate: $65 - $70 /hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and advanced configurations (e.g., Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
Platform Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical guidance and best practices across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
Integration: Lead complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using various methods (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
Code Quality & Standards: Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established development standards and enterprise architecture principles.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the growth and skill development of the team.
Requirements & Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and solutions.
Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 3 support for platform-related issues, quickly diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on, progressive experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
Technical Depth:
Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs.
Deep proficiency in developing Service Portals and custom applications.
Extensive experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
Proven ability to work with Workflow, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other core platform features.
Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus. Additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD) are a significant plus.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of architecting scalable and sustainable solutions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
