Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Contract Recruiter to support our technology hiring needs across client's enterprise. This contract role will focus on sourcing, screening, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand IT staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and attract top IT talent using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating feedback, and facilitating offers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client's applicant tracking system (Workday).
Collaborate with external staffing agencies when needed, ensuring alignment with client's vendor policies.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as software development, DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and IT procurement.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and terminology.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience recruiting for financial services or insurance industry roles.
Familiarity with contract and contingent workforce management.
Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
