We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We're looking for a visionary COO to lead our operational strategy, streamline processes, and partner with stakeholders to take our company to the next level and drive the next phase of our growth. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to be in a pivotal role shaping the future of Infoshare+ Ltd.

We are a newly formed and rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business for the public sector, with ambitious plans for expansion through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. Backed by experienced investors and a visionary leadership team, we are building a scalable, high-performance organisation at the forefront of cloud-based solutions. To support this next phase of growth we need a sharp, proactive, ambitious and commercially hands on COO to play a key role in shaping our future growth journey.
As COO, you'll be responsible for leading and optimising our core operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. You'll work closely with the Executive Chair, Board and senior leadership to shape the future of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across engineering, product, customer success, and corporate functions.
Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, talent development, and inclusive practices.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support growth and profitability.
Partner with the Exec Chair and Board on strategic planning, and investor relations.
Act as a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
Provide strategic foresight to anticipate shifts in customer needs, regulatory environments, and technological advancements.
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation, building high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational resilience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Drive M&A activities, due diligence, and integration efforts.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 + years proven experience in a senior operational leadership role and delivering operational excellence as well as leading transformational change in PE backed business's (COO, VP Ops, etc.)
Demonstrated success in scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and digital tools.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive operational innovation.
Ability to initiate change and evolution in all aspects of the organisation.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with M&A experience.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of delivering results in complex or scaling environments.
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments.
