Job Specifications

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to work with a client of ours with a proven track record leading large-scale Reporting and Analytics migration projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience delivering solutions involving SAP BW, Google BigQuery, and Power BI, with complementary experience in data engineering project leadership.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, global initiatives that transform how data is structured, visualized, and leveraged across the organization. You'll work with senior stakeholders and technical teams to define strategy, oversee execution, and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of multi-phase projects across global business and technology functions
Develop and manage detailed project plans, charters, and change management strategies
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics
Collaborate with business sponsors, data engineers, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
Manage communication plans to provide timely, accurate stakeholder updates
Oversee testing, training, and transition to operational teams
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all project milestones

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex IT initiatives
Demonstrated success managing Reporting & Analytics migrations (SAP BW, BigQuery, Power BI)
Experience in data engineering projects and cloud data platforms
PMP certification required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail environments is an asset
