Job Title - Senior Project Manager - ERP + HR System Integration

Location - Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 1 day/week onsite)

A key client of ours, a leading North American financial institution undergoing enterprise-wide transformation across finance and HR systems.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead two concurrent workstreams within a strategic transformation programme. You will be required to have strong financial systems knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery across both internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Stream

Lead the delivery of a new financial data feed into SAP GL
Manage full project lifecycle activities
Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology and Finance
Translate technical concepts into clear business language
Drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution

HR system Integration

Manage third party integration of Workday modules
Govern third-party vendors and partners
Ensure downstream process continuity and data flow
Coordinate testing and regression cycles
Align delivery with internal HR and IT teams

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments
Strong financial domain knowledge, ideally SAP GL and accounting feeds
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex integrations
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with HR platforms
Familiarity with vendor management and third-party coordination
Strong understanding of project life cycles and a variety testing methodologies
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
