Job Specifications

We're seeking a talented resource to collaborate with leadership and support day-to-day business operations while contributing to key projects in a dynamic environment.

Facilitating data analysis and KPI development to enhance team performance.
Contributing to process mapping and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assisting supervisors with job aids and documentation workflows.
Acting as a point of contact, providing operational guidance to supervisors and team members.
Managing systems like PeopleSoft to ensure effective operations--prior experience is a plus.
Engaging with employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Cleaning and organizing employment data and ensuring compliance with policies.
Triaging and addressing questions from supervisors to ensure smooth resolution.

Desired Skills:

Strong organizational capabilities and detail-oriented approach to process mapping and documentation.
HRBP background or HR operational perspective--helpful but not required.
Exceptional communication skills to connect effectively across teams.
Proficiency in system management (PeopleSoft, preferred but not required).
