Responsibilities

HR Administrative & Program Support

Coordinate and support HR-led programs and initiatives such as employee engagement activities, service anniversaries, recognition programs, retirement celebrations and wellness initiatives (fitness reimbursement)
Assist with planning and execution of site-wide events (e.g., Employee Appreciation Day, holiday celebrations, training sessions)
Maintain HR documentation, calendars, and schedules
Support internal communications and HR-related postings
Conduct onboarding logistics, documentation, and presentation for all new hires

Reporting & Data Management

Prepare and maintain regular HR reports using systems such as Oracle HCM, Kronos, and Tableau
Support HR metrics tracking and dashboard updates
Generate ad hoc reports and assist with data audits

Project Coordination

Track progress of HR projects and initiatives
Assist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
Support policy updates and document control processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 - 2 years relevant experience in an administrative or HR support role
Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong reporting and data analytics skills
Advanced knowledge of document control best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM or similar) is an asset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Event planning or coordination experience is preferred
