Project Manager - Expert (Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Transformation)

Toronto, ON | Hybrid (2 days on-site)

10-Month Contract | Strong Possibility of Extension

Helping internal business units prepare for a major workplace transition. You'll manage project plans, align multiple workstreams, and collaborate with executives and senior leaders to ensure a smooth and successful move.

What You'll Do

Provide end-to-end project management
Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
Align efforts across 23 cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Serve as the communication bridge between executives, directors, and business managers impacted by the move.
Lead working sessions, document dependencies, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Deliver executive-level presentations and regular progress updates.
Identify gaps, streamline processes, and manage issues through resolution.

What We're Looking For

7-10 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally within real estate, workplace transformation, or relocation projects.
Strong background in cross-functional enterprise environments.
Proven ability to work with executives and senior stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies.
PMP designation or equivalent certification is an asset.

Soft Skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong critical thinking with high attention to detail.
Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Adept at relationship building and cross-team collaboration.
