About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in JavaScript, React, and Redux to help build responsive, performant, and user-focused web applications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about front-end technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a great opportunity for a junior developer looking to deepen their skills in modern frontend development while contributing to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Redux.
Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) with Express to enhance SEO and initial load performance.
Utilize Next.js for building optimized, server-rendered applications.
Integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking user interactions and performance metrics.
Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, high-quality interfaces.
Build reusable components and libraries to support scalable development.
Ensure application performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
Maintain cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices.

Requirements:

Must be based in New York City (local applicants only).
1-3 years of frontend development experience.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Redux.
Experience or familiarity with Next.js and Express for SSR.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Exposure to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration is a plus.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid (onsite + remote): November-December 2025
Fully Onsite (NYC office): Starting January 2026
