ServiceNow Junior Developer
Phoenix, AZ-Onsite

Rate Range $25 to $30 hr W2 All Inc
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Junior Developer to assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior developers and business analysts to support ongoing enhancement projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
Assist in the creation and customization of forms, workflows, client scripts, and business rules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for end users.
Maintain documentation for configuration, process flow, and solutions implemented.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards within the ServiceNow environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile or fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Exposure to ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
Familiarity with scripting automation tools or version control systems (e.g., Git).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
