Peterborough - Hybrid 3 days a week on-site
PS90,000 - PS95,000 + car allowance
Sanderson Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives within an Agile environment for a key client. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional teams, managing portfolio-level planning, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead portfolio and quarterly planning across multiple teams and projects
Facilitate program-level meetings, discovery sessions, and delivery roadmaps
Monitor and mitigate program and project risks, ensuring alignment across business units
Oversee resource planning, progress tracking, and status reporting to senior leadership
Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to maintain product and feature roadmaps
Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and project delivery processes
Requirements:
Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Proven ability to manage distributed teams and offshore collaboration
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
PMP certification required; Certified Scrum Master preferred
