AI SME- DB Pensions
We are currently recruiting for an AI SME with DB Pensions experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Hybrid- adhoc travel
Responsibilities:
Guides the strategic and technical direction of AI initiatives for Pensions Solutions
Drives strategic AI initiatives that support pension administration, member engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Align AI solutions with long-term business goals such as improving admin performance, reducing operational costs, and enhancing member services
Ensure AI systems adhere to pension regulations (eg, FCA, TPR guidelines) and data protection laws (eg, GDPR)
Work closely with pension admin and IT teams to integrate AI into core systems.
Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Experience
Proven experience delivering AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, member engagement, or compliance
Experience working with pension administration systems
Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
Good experience of dealing with DB, hybrid and DC occupational pension schemes
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
