Job Specifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Sales Administrator to support our sales and business operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects with questions about proposals, services, or products.
Coordinate responses to RFPs, including drafting narratives, compiling case studies, reviewing contracts, and supporting pricing requests.
Act as the liaison for new clients during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Partner with operations to facilitate temporary or surge service requests.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and subcontractors, including contracts, pricing, renewals, and service quality.
Monitor client budget needs, adjustments, and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with risk management requirements, including contract terms and certificates of insurance.
Maintain CRM data (Salesforce Lightning experience a plus) throughout the sales cycle.
Represent the organization at industry and trade events as needed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in project management, sales, hospitality, administrative assistant, or related roles.
Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to obtain relevant licenses (PERC or equivalent, if applicable).
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base salary
