We are seeking a Data and Insights Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analysing and interpreting complex datasets. This contract role in East Surrey offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within the public sector.

Description

Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the Analytics department to support key decision-making processes.
Create and present clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders.
Maintain and improve existing data models and dashboards.
Identify trends and patterns to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all projects.
Assist in implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.

Profile

A successful Data and Insights Analyst should have:

Experience working with large datasets and delivering data insights.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools and techniques (Power BI/ MS Excel)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of public sector operations is an advantage.
Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
