Job Title: Executive Business Partner

Location: London

Remuneration: Hourly Rate PS41.35

Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, ASAP - 29th May 2026

Working Pattern: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to senior executives, providing high-level support and guidance.
Manage and prioritise executive schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and various stakeholders.
Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and events.
Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in project management, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
Foster positive relationships across departments to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Develop and implement administrative processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support executive initiatives and special projects as needed.

Advanced proficiency in Event management
Advanced proficiency in Manage meetings effectively
Advanced proficiency in Travel management
Advanced proficiency in Managing confidentiality
