Position: Business Analyst III

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)

Act as a liaison between business operations teams (e.g., scheduling, field technicians) and technical systems teams.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements from various stakeholders including business units and product managers.
Translate business needs into actionable work for Agile and Waterfall development teams.
Manage timelines and ensure deliverables align with product and program goals.
Collaborate with product and program management teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Utilize tools like Jira and Smartsheet to manage project workflow and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally at level III or senior level.
Strong background interfacing with software development teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Experience supporting product management and program management functions.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and handling competing priorities.
Working knowledge of Jira (project/task tracking) and Smartsheet.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Telecom industry experience highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

Background in telecommunications or connectivity-related products.
Experience working on enterprise-level systems or customer-facing products.
