About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to work directly with our CEO on driving growth across both B2B and consumer channels. This is a broad role with a primary focus on generating and qualifying B2B leads for our software, while also building out our consumer-facing presence.

You'll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels, get hands-on with CRM and automation, and help shape the future marketing strategy. For the right candidate, there's a clear path to becoming our Head of Marketing.

What You'll Do

- Own B2B lead generation campaigns: from design through to optimisation

- Support sales and partnerships teams with content, collateral, and pipeline growth

- Manage digital channels including social, email, and paid

- Run consumer campaigns to drive engagement and retention

- Use data to track performance and iterate campaigns

- Adopt AI tools to support campaign design, creative execution, and marketing automation

- Experiment with AI-driven marketing tools and processes

What We're Looking For

- At least 3 years' experience in B2B and/or D2C marketing (ideally fintech or SaaS)

- Strong track record of running lead generation and growth campaigns with tools like Pipedrive, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.

- Hands-on skills in email, social, digital advertising, and CRM

- Creative yet data-driven approach to marketing

- Open to using AI in campaign ideation, content creation, and workflow optimisation

- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for experimentation and AI tools
